About the Foundation
The Megan Mehta Family Foundation restores childhood joy for hospitalized pediatric patients by donating comfort items — one toy, one drive, one gift at a time. It was founded by Megan Mehta, a pediatric heart transplant recipient, to mark her 10-year transplant anniversary. In its first year, the Foundation has donated 17,000+ items, an estimated $250,000+ in value.
Tax ID (EIN): 41-4228441 · 100% of cash and in-kind gifts go directly toward pediatric patients.
